Let’s talk fruit crisps today! Honestly, what’s not to love about heating up your favorite fruit in a crispy, crunchy, cinnamon and brown sugar mixture and topping it with ice cream? We love peaches, and one of our childhood favorite cereals is Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Naturally, I thought these ingredients must somehow go well together, and they certainly do…very well I might add! I am so excited to share this recipe with you, it’s super easy to make, and will take you less than 25 minutes from start to finish!
